What if I want to cancel after one month?
You cancel and that's it. Month-to-month, no penalties. You keep your domain. We export your reservations and your guest list in CSV.
Is it really legal with SES.Hospedajes? Will I not get in trouble?
Yes, real since 2025. RD 933/2021. Your property remains the responsible party — Hospedaje submits the Partes de Viajeros automatically using YOUR SES credentials. Doña Concha has been operating this way for a month with no incidents.
What happens to my reservations on Booking and Airbnb?
We sync them both ways via iCal. A reservation on Booking automatically blocks the date on your site and vice versa. No double-bookings.
I'm not technical at all. How does it get set up?
You don't set anything up. We configure your site, import your rooms from Booking, give you access to the dashboard and a 30-min training over WhatsApp. All you have to do is say hello.
And my current domain? Do I lose it?
No. If you already have a domain (.com / .es / .net) we point it to Hospedaje's hosting. If you don't, we help you buy one (~€15/year, separate). The domain is always yours.
How long does it take to go live?
Between 7 and 14 days from sign-up. Most of that time is waiting for your content (photos, descriptions, prices). The system itself is ready in hours.
