2. What data is collected

This site has no forms and collects no personal data directly. There is no sign-up, no subscription and nothing to fill in.

It uses self-hosted web analytics (Umami, on our own infrastructure) which measures visits in aggregate. It sets no cookies and collects nothing that identifies a person.

If you choose to message us on WhatsApp or book a call, you provide whatever you include yourself: name, phone or email, and the content of your message.

3. Purpose

To answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare and send a proposal. No automated decisions are made and no profiling is carried out.

4. Legal basis

Your consent in getting in touch, and the legitimate interest in replying to someone who writes to us. If we reach an agreement, the basis becomes performance of the contract.

5. Recipients

No data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

This site links to two external services. Clicking them takes you off this site, and your data is then handled by them as independent controllers under their own policies:

  • Cal.com — to book a 15-minute call.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) — if you message us there.

Email is handled through Brevo as a processor.

6. International transfers

Analytics is self-hosted within the European Union. The linked services above may process data outside the EEA under their own safeguards; whether you use them is your choice.

7. Retention

Commercial correspondence is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the applicable limitation periods. Aggregate analytics data is not linked to any person.

8. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the email address above. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

9. Cookies

This site uses no cookies — none of its own, none from third parties, none for analytics or advertising. That is why you will not see a cookie banner.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date of the latest revision appears at the top of the page.
